Where is the Foothills located?

It is a highly unique site, with extreme topography (bluffs, gullies, forests, rock, views, creeks etc.) It is the home to both Copley Mountain and Lone Tree Mountain that both stand in the centre of the property.  The location is superb, only minutes away from the quaint Village of Lantzville and the wide array of amenities in North Nanaimo.  Access to the highway to travel north or south is minutes away.

Development Strategy:

The foothills plans to bring on a diversity of types of homes and lots at each stage in order to respond to the many small market segments in the region as well as to support a more diverse social neighbourhood for Lantzville – including small, medium and large homes and lots.

Phase 1: The first 71 lots were released April 2017, major infrastructure construction is underway and these owners will be registering title by November 30, 2018 when the first phase of homes can begin construction.

Broad Ridge Pass is the next phase; featuring 26 new stunning view home sites will launch June 2018. Tours are starting on Sundays, March 11th -to view these home sites. Anticipated pricing will start at $339,000 up to $600,000.   See map of broad ridge pass below:
