Divers Lake borders Pleasant Valley and is between Highway 1 and Highway 19. It has excellent access to Beban Park which is a huge recreational facility with pool, ice rink, great kids park and lots of space for community events. Beban Park is home of the annual Vancouver Island Exhibition and also hosts many equestrian events. Homes are older; mainly built between the 70’s and 80’s with some new subdivisions cropping up closer to the Parkway. It has a great access to North or South of the city.
